Running Mantra discovered on marathon training week 17 long run

Done!!! Week 17 long run. Longest training run before the marathon and I did it solo and with no music, started at 5:36 am.
At mile 14.5, when I started to really feel it, a mantra came to me:
Look strong.
Feel strong.
Be strong.
It helped and it worked well with cadence. I kept it with me and it carried me though the remainder of the run.
