Last night I dreamed I was on a liveaboard in Alaska, with bits of glacier in the water, headed out to wreck dive. There was a hippopotamus in the water that I saw at some point. As we headed out of the inlet it was at the stern.
Before the trip someone had a gun in this big house I was in, and was going to come into the room where I was, but I escaped the room, avoiding him, before he ever appeared. The other people in the house, who would have come to my defense with all of their guns, then offered to take me on the liveaboard trip with them for free. (Note: I never actually saw a gun in the dream.)
I remember wondering if I was gonna get seasick while I was out there and being worried about the hippo, who looked very friendly but I know that hippos are so dangerous, and also about other potential sea creatures. Once we exited the inlet I noticed that the water was quite clear. I could actually see a wreck beneath the blue green water. They said the water was 41 degrees.
